How to place an order?
Select products, add to cart, at the checkout stage – it is a good idea to create a user account or log in to an existing account.
When will the products arrive?
The products are shipped via courier, and will arrive between 3-5 business days (excluding Friday-Saturday and holidays).
Can I send abroad?
We currently only deliver within Israel – if you have any special requests, please contact us.
And we'll see what we can do to help.
Costs and free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over 299 NIS, otherwise the payment is only 35 NIS.
If the address is incorrect or collection is not possible, a reshipment will be made at an additional cost.
Payments
Payment options: Credit cards, Bit, Apple Pay/Google Pay.
Possibility to split payments into 3 installments. All information is encrypted and secure.
Returns and exchanges
Time range:
A product can be returned if it has not been opened or used, and up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
Conditions:
A product will be accepted if it is in its original packaging, unopened, in pristine condition. When the bottle is full, and no use has been made.
process:
Contact us with the return/exchange request, a courier will arrive for collection within 3-5 business days, and the refund will be received up to 14 business days after receiving the item at our offices.
Return shipping cost: At the customer's expense, unless it is a defect or shipping error on our part.
Product quality and safety
Our products meet strict standards, are not tested on animals, and are suitable for all hair types.
