Shipping and Returns Policy
Order processing:
The product will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Upon completion of your purchase on the site, you will be sent an email with an order number.
After the item packaging process is complete, you will receive another email informing you that the shipment has been dispatched or is ready for self-pickup.
Delivery times:
Central Israel: 3-5 business days
Periphery and remote areas: up to 5-10 business days
Shipping cost:
Free shipping on purchases over 299 NIS
Shipping costs 35 NIS on orders under 299 NIS.
Incorrect address / collection not completed:
For deliveries where the wrong address was written or collection was not possible –
Return shipping will be charged by the customer at full price.
Liability for delays:
We do our best, but we are not responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure.
Self-pickup:
Self-collection is possible from Rishon LeZion, by prior arrangement only, and after confirming the inventory and the desired time for collection.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
A product purchased on the site can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided that the product has not been used and that it has been returned intact in its original packaging.
Returns of products that have been opened and used will not be accepted.
Sets and packages - must be returned in their entirety. A single item purchased as part of a package or set cannot be returned, but only the entire package with all its items.

In your inquiry, please include your full order details and your request details and we will respond as soon as possible.
Once we approve the return, you can send the order back to us.
A courier will arrive to collect the return within 3-5 business days.
Upon receipt of the return and examination of its integrity, a credit will be issued for the returned product within 14 business days from the date of return.
Return shipping costs:
The products must be returned to the company's address, with the shipping cost paid by the customer.
Unless it is a shipping error made on our behalf or a defective product is sent.
Return authorization:
At the end of the credit process, you will receive an email confirmation that the procedure has been completed.
At the time of crediting, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee not exceeding 5% of the price of the returned product (except in the case of a return due to a defect in the product or non-conformity).
As stated, the shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
Defective products / shipping error:
If you received a damaged product, please keep its original packaging, contact us and send us documentation.
We will conduct an inspection and if it turns out that the product left our company defective, a full credit or replacement will be made at no additional cost within 14 business days of receiving the order.
If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately on the day you receive the shipment, and we will arrange to replace it.
An item that is damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
Return after more than 14 days:
If returned more than 14 days after the purchase, it will be possible to exchange the product for another product from the store or alternatively receive a credit for the next purchase.
Cancellations:
If you have placed an order on the site and would like to cancel it,
